You can use the search to find people.

On a users home page check who/what they are following.
- Check for relationships or close connections.
- Anyone with the same last name?
- Follow hash tags.
Who is following them?
Have they made any posts?
Have they been tagged?
Not as good on the website.
Better search results on the phone app.
If the profile isn’t public you wouldn’t be able to access anything.
Sometimes people have multiple profiles.
Sometimes the subject can be found on someone else’s profile.
- Relatives, friends, neighbors, etc.
- Pictures might be on a different persons profile.
